Lasagne alla Bolognese — Classic Baked Lasagna
The great baked pasta of Emilia-Romagna: layers of fresh egg pasta with a long-simmered ragù alla bolognese, silky béchamel and Parmigiano, baked until the edges crisp and the centre is meltingly rich.
